Full course description
This module is an extension of the Richmond Ready course. In it, you will explore our Instructional Expectations related to Literacy, which is a critical focus in the Richmond County School System for the 2023-2024 school year. Participants in this mini-course will review the definition of literacy and effective literacy strategies, think critically about how to incorporate literacy into the classroom, identify best practices for writing across the curriculum, and plan for ways to check comprehension.
